4. What type of circuit is included in Machu Picchu?
The tour includes Circuit 2, the most comprehensive route, covering the main temples and viewpoints of the citadel. However, if availability is limited or the reservation was made on short notice, Circuit 3 may be assigned instead.
5. Does the tour include entry to Huayna Picchu?
No, Huayna Picchu is not included in the tour. If you wish to add this experience, you must book at least 40 days in advance, as spots are limited and sell out quickly.
6. When and how will I receive my train and Machu Picchu tickets?
All train and Machu Picchu entrance tickets will be sent via email, WhatsApp, or iMessage before your tour begins. Printed copies will also be provided in Cusco or during the pre-trip briefing.

If you book on short notice, we will do our best to secure your entry to Machu Picchu. However, the circuit type and train schedule may vary depending on availability.

In general, Machu Picchu entry is scheduled in the morning, allowing you to enjoy the best weather conditions and fewer crowds. However, we can adjust the schedule based on availability and your preferences.

The tour operates regardless of weather conditions, so it is recommended to bring a rain poncho and waterproof clothing, especially during the rainy season (November to March).
10. Can I bring a large suitcase on the train and to Machu Picchu?
It is possible, but an additional fee may apply. It is generally recommended to bring light luggage, which you can leave at your hotel in Aguas Calientes. You can store your luggage at the hotel’s storage area and pick it up upon returning from Machu Picchu.
