Wonderful time with Alfredo and team! We’re a family with a 9 year old who lives in a magical world. Alfredo took extra efforts to make it even more magical for him and us. Excellent logistics planning, relevant narration of the history and current discoveries. Excellent tour, highly recommend! We visited Macchu Picchu, tour around Cusco and the city of Lima. Thank you for all your efforts Alfredo and team!!! 👏🫶🙏🙏🙏

I booked the private tour with Alfredo Fisher to go to Rainbow Mountain in Peru.
He is the best hiking tour guide I ever have, couldn't done it without him.
I'm 74 years old from Los Angeles, haven't hike this kind of high elevation mountains for quite a while.
He encouraged me helping me very patient to wait it for me if I'm struggling, also he took very good photos.
With his kindness and help , I made it to the beautiful Rainbow Mountain and come without any problems at all.
Thanks to him !
I never feel so munch conference after such difficult hike!🥰👍

Toured with Alfredo a few years ago, and he is an incredible guide. His trip took us to amazing sites, but it wasn't just ruins and beauty. Alfredo immersed us in a culture and history. We spent part of a day with a shaman and learned about Inca spirituality, then feasted on native foods. I would highly recommend Alfredo and his enterprise.

If you want to know the culture of this fantastic country, there is no better way than to experience these magical mountains with someone who called it their home growing up. Our time with Alfredo made our trip, no doubt about it. The knowledge, history and passion he showed during our time together was exciting and inspiring and his respect of our stamina allowed him to pace the visits to what we could handle, be comfortable, and enjoy the most of it. We experienced so much more than we could have expected at Machu Pichu, Sacred Valley and Rainbow Mountain and covered a lot in 3 days and it could have been draining. The preparedness of Alfredo and his team allowed for a seamless 3 days that allowed us to sit back and really enjoy the beauty of the Peruvian Andes. Look no further, this is your guy. Book him.

What an incredible time we had with PAD: Visiting Cusco and Puno, and trekking to see Rainbow Mountain! Alfredo did such a wonderful job helping us plan our trip with comfortable transportations, great hotel stays, and delicious meals, especially during our 2 days trekking/camping experience up to Rainbow Mountain.

We had previously been to Cusco and Machu Picchu, and decided to go with PAD visiting Rainbow Mountain and Puno. We are so glad we did. Rainbow mountain has become so popular that many people visit it. But with PAD, Alfredo helped us plan a different and tailored experience, instead of just a one day trek with the crowd, we got the scenic trail to ourselves, trekking through some of the most beautiful mountains of the Andes for 2 days and highlighted with Rainbow mountain as the final reward! We also enjoyed Uros floating island, kayaking at Lake Tikicaca, Island Taquille, etc., at Puno. Alfredo and Ramos (Puno tour guide) is knowledgeable, encouraging, and did a great job explaining if any questions arise. We felt we had an excellent cultural experience in additional to our exciting trek throughout our trip, thanks to Alfredo and his support team.

We would definitely go with PAD again for our future visits in Peru! Thank you Alfredo for making our trip so special!

I trekked the Inca Trail with lead guide Alfredo Fisher in April 2018. Hiking the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu was truly the trip of a lifetime. Alfredo's knowledge of Peruvian culture and history and his ability to keep our group organized was seriously impressive. He made us feel safe and at ease, which allowed us to really enjoy every moment and take it all in.

We have really enjoyed telling our friends and family about this trip, and we hope we've convinced some/all of them to head to Peru. It is such a beautiful country with so much history - beyond just Machu Picchu. I loved that we were able to do some other sites and hiking before the Inca Trail. We felt like we really got to see and do a lot, which is the hope for any vacation or trip.

Thank you Alfredo and I hope to cross paths again!!

We really enjoyed our trip with Peru Andes Discovery. We trekked to the Humantay Lake. Our guide Alfredo is very knowledgeable about the history and culture. He is also very patient and takes great cares of each member. The Humantay lake is at a quite high altitude, so we felt difficulties when climbing. Alfredo was very encouraging and waited for us at each corner to make sure that everybody was on the right track. We are very happy to travel with Alfredo and PAD. Would definitely recommend my friends to travel with PAD in the future!

Myself and four friends did the Salkantay trek to Machu Picchu with Alfredo Fisher and his team in October 2017. The hike was a challenge but Alfredo had us prepared every step of the way. He was flexible with how far we hiked every day and asked for our input based on how we were feeling and the weather etc. His knowledge and stories about the history, customs and traditions added so much to the experience. Would definitely love to go back and do the Inca trail some time and would definitely recommend PAD to anyone considering going to Peru!

Really enjoyed our trek with PAD. We did the 5 day trek to Machu Picchu. The scenery was incredible, the food was amazing, fresh and healthy with lots of options. Our guides Alfredo and JC were excellent. Very knowledgeable , helpful and encouraging. The hardest day is day two. But the altitude can start affecting you from day one so be sure to acclimatize prior to leaving. The huts and camps we stayed in were very comfortable. Alfredo is quite funny and was always paying attention to any little details such as making sure your trekking poles were the right length or that your pack wash`t too heavy. Alfredo passion for the Salkantay area was obvious throughout the trek and especially at Machu Picchu where we felt very lucky to have had him as our guide to tour us around the site. He was very knowledgeable and showed us so much and explained it all with great enthusiasm. I could go on and on about how happy we were to have had JC and Alfredo and it is all too true but as well as that I have to say that we were totally impressed with the whole Peru Andes Discovery outfit from the office organization in Cusco all the way through the Trek to Machu Picchu and the train back.
